Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We offer FREE shipping for all products. We DO NOT ship to Alaska & Hawaii. For more details, please read below and contact us, if you still have questions.

White Glove Services, once booked & paid for, can not be cancelled.

 

J&M FURNITURE

The driver will ask you or your authorized representative to sign a physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt.

If the box has ANY SIGNS of carrier maltreatment, such as a hole(s), crushed corners, dents, worn tops, bottoms, or edges, scraping, dirt, etc., you must include a detailed description of each carton on the physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt.

If you observe substantial or unacceptable levels of damage to the product during the additional inspection, you can sign the delivery receipt and/or physical inspection report "REFUSED DAMAGE" and provide a full explanation of the damage discovered.

You must also contact us at info@bedroomdepotusa.com within 24 hours to make us aware of the situation.

In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

 

WHITELINE MODERN LIVING

We ship between 24 to 48 business hours after a purchase order is confirmed and paid for. For LTL shipments if palletizing is required, a fee will be applied. $25 for standard pallet size or $35 for double pallet size. We ship within 7-10 business days. 

 

MAXIMA HOUSE

We ship within 2-5 business days after the order. The size and kind of order determine whether it is palletized or transported in a compact parcel. The product normally takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive at your door. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

 

MONTANA WOODWORKS

Our product will usually ship within 7-10 business days via UPS or a freight trucking agency. Free shipping within the Continental US (48 states). Special shipping prices are available for shipping to some other states. Email us directly at info@bedroomdepotusa.com for more information. Our carriers provide curbside delivery and do not provide white glove or in-house delivery.

 

ID USA

We will make every attempt to ship out package within two business days of receiving order but this is not a guarantee. Cutoff time for order receipt is 10am PST each business day. Cancellations are possible if we are notified by 12pm PST the same day that order was first received.

 We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier being late, not showing up, or lack of space.

Partial Shipments will require a written confirmation by buyer before we will ship out.

Backorders will be treated as void and we will notify you ASAP that item is not currently available. A new order will need to be placed for the item.

 

Misdeliveries

We are not liable for any packages whose deliveries are not completed due to mislabeling i.e. incorrect address provided, label destroyed, carrier mistake.

Any packages returned to us will be disposed of at our discretion. Should a replacement package be required, please contact info@bedroomdepotusa.com and we will treat as a new order.

 

Transit Time

We are not liable for any delay in transit time after shipment is released to carrier. Transit times vary and is dictated by your carrier of choice.

 

Claims

Our objective is to maintain a happy, long and successful partnership for both our parties. Each claim will be treated with priority and solutions provided in a timely manner. However, we provide the below outline for your reference.

  • Claims must be made within seven business days of consumer receipt of product. Proof of receipt may be requested for verification.
  • We are not liable for damage claims due to, but not limited to, transit, damages occurred during assembly, missing panels and/or missing hardware. You can purchase parts and hardware and is responsible for shipping costs and providing shipping labels for parts.
  • We will accept claims of manufacture defect i.e. misdrilled holes, broken glides or hardware. Image proof is required and will be reviewed before claim can be processed.
  • Parts/shipping method/costs and fulfillment times will be at our discretion.

Back Of Truck (No Liftgate) - One man delivery - Customer to remove shipment from truck

Curbside (Liftgate) - One-man delivery - Carrier will lower shipment to the ground

Threshold - First Dry Area (Garage/Covered Porch) *Not Inside Delivery

Room of Choice - 1-2 man Delivery (depending on weight) delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases)

White Glove - Packaging Removal - 1-2 man Delivery (depending on weight) to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal

White Glove - Light Assembly - Delivery to a designed room of choice (up to 2 staircases) + Packaging Removal + Basic tool assembly up to 30 mins (Recommended for pre-assembled goods, not for ready-to-assemble products such as Cribs or Beds, etc. Assembly instructions may be requested upon booking.)
