Furniture Transition Assist (“FTA”) is a paid service provided by Bedroom Depot Outlet. All local delivery performed by Bedroom Depot Outlet is provided through FTA.
FTA is a service and is separate from the sale of outlet merchandise.
Scope of Service
FTA services may include, but are not limited to:

Local furniture delivery

Furniture pickup from local locations

Room-to-room moves
-
Furniture removal or haul-away (when selected)

Coordination related to Bedroom Depot Outlet and Marketplace purchases
Services provided depend on the scope selected at booking.
Delivery & Transportation
When local delivery or pickup is performed by Bedroom Depot Outlet:

Delivery and transportation are provided as part of FTA
-
Pricing may include labor, transportation, time, and coordination

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
FTA deliveries are not governed by outlet shipping or pickup policies.
Pricing & Payment

FTA pricing is based on delivery zones, time, labor, and access conditions

Pricing may be bundled into one total service fee

Payment is required prior to the scheduled service date

Buy-now-pay-later options (such as Klarna or Affirm, when available) may be used for eligible FTA services
Once scheduled, FTA services are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate addresses and access details
-
Disclosing stairs, elevators, tight hallways, parking restrictions, or access limitations
-
Ensuring items are ready at the scheduled service time

Ensuring someone is present if required
Undisclosed conditions may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
Missed Appointments & Rescheduling
Missed or delayed appointments due to customer unavailability or incorrect information may result in:

Additional service fees

Rescheduling fees

Cancellation without refund in certain cases
Limitations of Service
Furniture Transition Assist is not:

A licensed moving company
-
A long-distance hauling service
-
A white-glove installation service unless explicitly agreed
Liability
Bedroom Depot Outlet is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to items or property
-
Damage caused by undisclosed conditions
-
Normal wear consistent with moving or handling furniture
Agreement to Terms
By booking Furniture Transition Assist, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this FTA Service & Delivery Policy.
