Carrier Shipping
Carrier shipping is available on select outlet items.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once shipping is scheduled or in progress.
Customer Pickup
Customer pickup is available by appointment only.

Pickup appointments are scheduled after availability confirmation and final payment.

Pickup location, instructions, and time windows will be provided once the order is finalized.

Items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.
Failure to pick up an item as scheduled may result in:

Exclusion of Local Delivery
Bedroom Depot Outlet does not offer standalone local delivery under this policy.
All local delivery performed by Bedroom Depot Outlet is provided exclusively through Furniture Transition Assist (FTA) and is governed by the FTA Service & Delivery Policy.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase using carrier shipping or customer pickup, the customer agrees to this Shipping & Pickup Policy.
