All outlet items are final sale once purchased.

Availability Holds
Bedroom Depot Outlet uses Availability Holds to provide customers with priority access to limited or inbound inventory before a final purchase is completed.
Availability Holds are not purchases.
Availability Hold โ In-Stock or Uncertain Inventory
Some outlet items require an Availability Hold when inventory must be verified prior to purchase.

Availability Holds may also be used for Coming Soon or inbound items that are not yet available for fulfillment.

Once notified, customers will have a limited window to complete their purchase.

Availability Hold Cancellations
Availability Holds may be canceled and refunded if:

Agreement to Terms
By placing an availability hold or completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Outlet Sales Policy and all related policies.
